Since adding Altura 300 to my pre-bed routine I’ve seen amazing results in the quality of my sleep. In the past I had tried other CBD products, THC (mary jane), or mediation. The other CBD products left me groggy in the mornings, while THC seems to help immediately I learned that it actually hurts the quality of your sleep since your body is trying to process it which interrupts your sleep, and meditation can be difficult to work into a routine.
