SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping Policy

Order processing time

All orders placed with Altura Wellness are processed within 1-3 business days. An order confirmation will be sent as soon as the order is received. If an order confirmation is not received please contact orders@alturawellness.com. Altura does not ship on weekends.

If by chance there may be a significant delay in shipment of your order due to a high volume of orders or holiday, we will contact you via email or telephone with the information provided at the time of the order.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimate

Standard Shipping

Standard ground service shipping is a flat rate $5.00. Please expect delivery within 3-7 days once your order has shipped. Rush deliveries are not available at this time.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather and holidays. We will do our best to notify you in the case there is a delay in processing or shipping your order via the email address or phone number provided at the time of order.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Altura Wellness ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email to the email address provided at the time of order once your order has shipped. The shipment confirmation will contain your tracking number(s) if applicable. The tracking number will generally be available for tracking with the carrier within 24 hours of.

Shipping Damages

If your product was damaged during shipping please contact info@alturawellness.com within 5 days of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and if possible obtain photographs of the damage. Once contacted Altura may arrange for return shipping of the damaged products and will send a new order to replace the damaged goods.

International Shipping Policy

At this time, Altura Wellness does not ship internationally.

RETURN POLICY

At Altura Wellness we believe in our products so much we’re willing to guarantee you’ll love them too. If you’re not satisfied with the product, email us within 30 days of the purchase and you will have the option to return the product to us for a refund or we can exchange it for another product.

Refund

A request for refund must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate the refund, email info@alturawellness.com with ‘REFUND REQUEST’ in the subject line of the email. Please include the order number and contact information so we can process the return. A shipping label will be emailed to you that you will need to place on your package and ship back to Altura Wellness. Once we receive your product back, will issue a refund to the payment method that was used for the original purpose.

Exchange

A request for exchange must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate an exchange, email info@alturawellness.com with ‘EXCHANGE REQUEST’ in the subject line of the email. Please include the Original Product, Order Number, Contact Information and what you would like to exchange the product with so we can process the exchange. A shipping label will be emailed to you that you will need to place on your package and ship back to Altura Wellness. Once we receive your product back, we will process the exchange and send out your chosen product. If there is a variance in price we will either credit your account or you will be asked to pay the difference.
